Technical support 2012 annual renewal

This page is only for NoteSmith 2011 customers. These prices are valid from January 3, 2012 until February 14, 2012, and represent a substantial discount from purchasing a new program at full retail prices of $299 for NoteSmith, $499 for Pro, and $699 for Net, plus handling.

All NoteSmith technical support expires at the end of the calendar year for which the program was published. You can renew your support for the next calendar year, and receive a new program CD and manual at the same time, by check or credit card. From your current NoteSmith program, go to Help, Renewal Invoice, choose your options, and print. Note that your invoice was due January 2, 2012.

To pay by check, include the Help, Renewal Invoice in a double window envelope.

To make your payment using any major credit card, find the program below that you currently own and make your selection from that table. Go to the Technical Support Order Form to add online capability to your NoteSmith installation. Your credit card will be processed on a secure connection by PayPal, the leading processor of payments on the internet. We recommend you print this page to create a record of what you ordered, and follow along with your printed Help, Renewal Invoice which matches these tables.

All handling is by Priority Mail, typically 2-4 day delivery, sent the next business day after your order is received. Refer to your printed Help, Renewal Invoice for details and additional information. Download NSInvoice.pdf in case your older program is no longer accessible. Contact Technical Support if you have any payment questions.

Step 1: Contact information

We should already have your correct contact information. Check your printed invoice to be sure. We will mail to the last address you provided in our files, not to an address that arrives with your payment, unless you specifically direct us to mail to another address at the time you place your order.

Step 2: Select your support service renewal 

Review the 3 tables below, find the program (Net, Pro, non-Pro) you already have, and choose the renewal you want. Prices are for the calendar year. To avoid a delay in receiving your package, be sure to select from the correct table below.
 

 2a. Network: You currently license NoteSmith Network 2012

Net 2011 to Net 2012 Installation on one (1) server and up to five (5) local area workstations

Step 5: Total

Step 6: Acknowledgements

Your paper invoice explains what you will be receiving, what you get for free, and what you do not receive based on your order. You can print an invoice from your current NoteSmith Help menu or download NSInvoice.pdf. By placing your support renewal order, you acknowledge acceptance of the NoteSmith End User License Agreement (NEULA.pdf) and the terms of the invoice. This is a support service renewal, not a product order, and is non-refundable.

Step 7: Payment

Your credit card will be processed through PayPal and, being a service renewal and not a product purchase, is non-refundable. PayPal will send a receipt to the email address they have on file for you. Confirm with PayPal that they have your correct email address. Due to the volume of orders we process in a few weeks at this time of year, you will not receive any additional receipt. If you have problems with your PayPal account, we cannot help you as we do not have access to credit card information, nor can we process your credit card by phone. Simply mail a check.
