How can we maintain such reasonable prices?
1. Princeton Investments, Inc. was founded in 1988 to
purchase mortgages corporately and we had to write our own software to manage our
portfolio. Other mortgage investors started buying what eventually
became known as NoteSmith. Our initial development costs were not passed
on to the consumer and, being investors also, we didn’t have to hire
technical advisors.
2. We support our programs by toll free fax
and email. Voice support is not offered, which reduces the program price by
at least half and probably by two thirds.
3. Because our prices are reasonable, we have a larger
user base than more expensive, niche market software. This allows us to
spread our annual costs over more customers, reducing everyone’s
individual price.
4. Our company is highly automated which reduces office
overhead.
